FAQ
Do I have to clean the totes before you pick them up?
Nope. Just empty them out and stack them up. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals — that's our job, not yours.
What if I need more totes than my package includes?
No problem. You can add individual totes for $7 each. Just let us know before delivery and we'll bring them along.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 3–5 days in advance, especially on weekends. The earlier the better to lock in your delivery window.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Miami-Dade County. Moving from Miami to Fort Lauderdale or the Keys? Reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
What if my move takes longer than 2 weeks?
No stress. You can extend your rental for any additional time. We'll prorate the extra weeks — just let us know before your pickup date.
