Good questions

What's included in my delivery?

Every booking includes your totes, one moving dolly, delivery to your door, and pickup when you're done — all within your 2-week rental window. Totes are cleaned before every delivery. Need more totes or a second dolly? Just reach out — extra totes are $7 each, extra dolly is $15.

How quickly can you deliver?

We deliver on your requested date to any address in our service area. Need same-day delivery? Text us — we'll do everything we can to accommodate based on availability.

Do I have to clean the totes before you pick them up?

Nope. Just empty them out and stack them up. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals — that's our job, not yours.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 3–5 days in advance, especially on weekends. The earlier the better to lock in your delivery window.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Miami-Dade County including Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Kendall, Westchester, Doral, Hialeah, South Miami, Key Biscayne and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your address? Email us at packdmiami@gmail.com.

What if my move takes longer than 2 weeks?

No stress. You can extend your rental — 4-week rentals are available at 1.5× the 2-week price. Just let us know before your pickup date.

Are the totes lockable?

Yes — they have secure attached lids that can be zip-tied or cable-locked. Great if you're using a moving company and want peace of mind.
