FAQ
What's included in my delivery?
Every package includes your totes, one moving dolly, a label for every tote, delivery to your door, and pickup from your new place — all within a 1-week rental. Totes are cleaned before every delivery. Each tote is 20″ × 14.25″ at the top, 18″ × 12″ at the base and 16″ tall, with an attached hinged lid. Need more? Extra totes are $5 each for the first week and $2 each per extra week, and an extra dolly is $15 if you want a second one.
How quickly can you deliver?
We deliver on your requested date to any address in our service area. Need same-day delivery? Text us — we'll do everything we can to accommodate based on availability.
Do I have to clean the totes before you pick them up?
Nope. Just empty them out and stack them up. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals — that's our job, not yours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 3–5 days in advance, especially on weekends. The earlier the better to lock in your delivery window.
What areas do you serve?
Free delivery and pickup are included within 25 miles of our hub — that covers Kendall, Westchester, Sweetwater, Doral, South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Cutler Bay, Hialeah, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Edgewater, Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. Moving to or from somewhere further out? Email us at packdmiami@gmail.com with both addresses and we’ll send you a quote.
What if my move takes longer than a week?
No stress. Extra weeks are $50 for a Studio, $60 for a 1 Bedroom, $70 for a 2 Bedroom, and $80 for a 3 Bedroom. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup date at packdmiami@gmail.com or (305) 418-6112, and we'll extend your rental and send you an invoice for the extra time.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and you'll get a full refund. Just email packdmiami@gmail.com or call or text (305) 418-6112.
Are the totes lockable?
Yes — they have secure attached lids that can be zip-tied or cable-locked. Great if you're using a moving company and want peace of mind.
