What exactly does my client receive?

Every gift delivery includes 20 heavy-duty totes and one moving dolly, delivered directly to your client's door. Totes are cleaned before every delivery. We pick everything up 2 weeks after delivery. Need more totes or an extra dolly for a larger home? Just let us know — extra dolly is $15.

How does the free first delivery work?

Fill out the form above and We'll text you within 2 hours to schedule your first delivery. We deliver to your client's door — no cost to you, no credit card required. After you see how your client reacts, we'll talk about whether a monthly subscription makes sense.

What if I have a slow month with no closings?

No problem. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months per year by texting us. Billing stops on the next cycle. One unused gift credit stays active during your pause — any additional credits freeze (not lost) and restore in full when you reactivate.

Do my unused gift credits roll over?

Yes. If you don't use both gifts in a given month, your unused credits carry forward automatically. They never expire as long as your subscription stays active.

How quickly do you deliver?

We deliver on your requested date to any address in our service area. Growth-tier subscribers get priority same-day scheduling based on availability.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Text us and we'll cancel before your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
